A stable home is where children do homework, adults can rest, and families share meals and build memories. Without stable housing, every other part of life becomes harder: holding a job, staying healthy, keeping children in school.
About the Program
Our Housing Stabilization Program, offered in partnership with The Wilder Foundation, provide emergency housing assistance to individual and families facing immediate risk of becoming unhoused, or who are currently experiencing homelessness. Through a coordinated, compassionate approach, we help people navigate a housing crisis and regain stability as quickly as possible.
